Jeff Allen
Jeff has 30 years of experience developing and managing complex Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) centric projects and ventures throughout the bioeconomy involving decarbonization of energy and recarbonization of materials.
Jeff is a Founder and serves on the Board of Directors of Synthec Fuels, a sustainable aviation fuel manufacturing venture.
Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Team of Aquatic Fuels, a low carbon venture converting invasive aquatic biomass to renewable natural gas.
He has also served for 10-years as an expert consultant to the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and serves in the capacity of Industry Advisor to the Alabama Center for Paper and Bioresource Engineering within the Chemical Engineering Department of Auburn University.
Jeff is the Founder of Allen Innovations, a net zero technology incubator HoldCo and merchandising-manufacturer’s representative firm developing and placing sustainable Consumer Packaged Goods into US national retail distribution.
In addition to his involvement in various ESG-centric ventures, Jeff also serves as a Managing Partner at Penguin Path Capital, a firm focused on enabling advantaged project level debt raises for accelerating decarbonization projects globally.
