Stephanie has spent the duration of her over 30-year career in Management and Operations, both in the healthcare sector and in her business endeavors.
She served in the capacity of Nurse Manager early in her career, where she gained valuable skills managing people in complex, diverse, and high stakes environments.
Leveraging the organizational and managerial skills gained in healthcare, Stephanie transitioned to the business world serving in the capacity of Managing Director of Adirondack Paper Management, a firm focused on school supplies for K-12 and collegiate institutions.
Stephanie later served as Vice President of Operations for Canefields, a trading company importing bio-based tree-free paper products from Southeast Asia for US national distribution while developing novel bio-materials in parallel.
As an entrepreneur Stephanie is Founder & CEO of Heirloom Hourglass, a wedding company manufacturing bespoke hourglasses used in wedding ceremonies around the world. Stephanie invented the concept of a fillable hourglass, and built her company from a home based start-up to a highly successful venture that has endured for 18 years.
Here at FirepHly BioMaterials, Stephanie serves as our Managing Director and Interim Chief Operating Officer.
