George has also served on multiple Executive Boards and Advisory Boards over the years including Georgia Institute of Technology, School of Material Science & Engineering, College of Engineering, American Chemistry Council - Plastics Division, Executive Board Member, Member of the Operating Committee Board with a focus on advocacy for sustainability, chemical management, reputation management, and market adoption, Global Fluor Council Executive Board Member, Georgia Southern University - College of Science & Math Advisory Board Member, Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Materials Processing Center Advisory Board Member, Board Member to provide guidance and support for MIT's Materials Processing Institute.
