Michael Moyer
Mike is a Partner in Baker Hostetler’s Corporate practice group.
Mike is the co-leader of the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice and leads the firm’s Seattle Business Group. He represents emerging growth companies, as well as venture capital firms, strategic corporate investors and family offices. He handles public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and the formation of strategic alliances and joint ventures.
Clients rely on Mike to provide thoughtful and practical guidance on a timely basis for addressing critical legal and business issues. In addition to representing technology and life science companies and investors, Mike works extensively in the climate tech sector, representing some of the nation’s leading companies.
